Shipping Policy

For all purchases* made on e-piq.ch, shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 12 for all orders under CHF 30. (*Except in the rare event of a duly indicated exception)

For all purchases* made on e-piq.ch, and deliverable within a maximum radius of 9km around our store, the delivery costs are a fixed 10.- for a total basket under 30.- CHF. (*Except in the rare event of an exception duly indicated)

For purchase amounts of CHF 30.- minimum* and above, shipping or delivery costs are free. (*Except in the rare event of an exception duly indicated)

Our website e-piq.ch currently only offers shipping to addresses in Switzerland. Customers outside of Switzerland who wish to order from e-piq.ch can do so by contacting us at just@e-piq.ch.

The "In-Store Pickup" option does not incur any additional charges.

Shipments are made by postal parcel*. Orders are processed within a maximum* of 1 business day, and are delivered on average within 1 to 3 business days*. (*Except in the rare event of an exception duly indicated)
