Word from Julien Bretheau Loudly! : "My favorite beer since the creation of the brewery, this beer is the perfect link between the worlds of craft beer and natural wine. Funky as can be, it perfectly reflects my love of the French-speaking region. Like the year last year, I had the chance to work with Chasselas grapes from Domaine Piccard, grown biodynamically. The grapes were macerated for 4 months in whole clusters in our base beer matured in Surette barrels. The semi-carbonic fermentation brought wild aromas and brings out the aromatics of the Chasselas. A nice juice, more like a funky beer than really "sour". Mioum!"
