Word of Loudly! : “I think I’ve found the cure for the fall blues! In addition to our regular beers, I allow myself a few new ones from time to time. Here comes a tidbit that has been on my mind for several years: Cucumber Dill! I used our Surette base, matured for 15 months in a barrel, in which I macerated local cucumbers and dill! A great beer for an aperitif, or to pair with various dishes in a food-beer pairing. As with all our ephemeral beers, Cucumber Aneth is available in small quantities: act quickly ;)"
