This beer is a blend of our base beer Surette, matured in barrels for several years, in which red plums that I particularly like have been macerated. This vintage is less acidic than the 2022 version, and the powerful aromas of plum are highlighted by the wild side of the beer. As usual, enjoy the fruitiness of Prune by tasting it during the year, or let it stand. refine in the cellar for more complexity. We recently tasted the 2018 vintage (!) with relish!”
