Word of Basqueland : "In Idaho, under a big rainbow, you will find the Gooding farm, where we harvested Idaho Gem, these exceptional hops with which we brewed the Pot of Gold: an explosion of aromas of all kinds. colors with grapefruit, bubble gum and that floral touch we love so much. We preserved the hop aromas in an extra sweet body with lots of oats, giving it a petal-soft mouthfeel rose and almost no bitterness. A treasure at the end of the rainbow."
