Word of BEAVERTOWN : "When we decided to brew an AF IPA, we wanted to do it a little differently. Rather than brewing with small amounts of malt or dealcoholizing after fermentation, for Lazer Crush we used a smart yeast strain that fully ferments our crisp pilsner malt without producing alcohol and adds a hint of peach. Then we added powerful hops. Azacca for ripe mango with a hint of fresh pine, Amarillo for sweet orange and Citra for bitterness tangy citrus and grapefruit we all look for in an IPA. The result is a rocket-fueled, turbocharged, laser-sharp IPA with 0.3% alcohol Monday through Sunday.”
