Word from the brewer: "One of a kind Imperial Stout. Dark, intense and complex. Roasted, fruity, sweet, bitter, with hints of licorice. A unique ebony-colored brew with a very dense café-au-lait foam. Its bouquet recalls notes of licorice, Bourbon vanilla, Sarawak pepper, notes of raw hopping or even roasted notes. Once in the mouth, it reveals itself as a powerful and creamy beer with a very aromatic evolution, slightly acidic for balance, but it is on its finish that the long and subtle bitterness brings to the skies all the power of this revolutionary vintage.
