TRACK YOUR THIRST!

It all started in 2008 when Sam went on a bike trip around the world: 2 years, 5 continents, 50,000 km. During such a journey, enjoying a beer at the end of the day on the bike becomes a fundamental ritual. Especially with all the inspiring breweries that Sam discovers along the way. An idea is born.

Upon his return, Sam plunged into the world of craft beer. After gaining experience in London, he returned to his Mancunian home and settled in the hollow of an arch under Picadilly station to create beers that reflect the values of exploration, connection and sharing that punctuated his journey.

15 years later, the brewery grew and migrated a few streets north to satisfy all the excitement generated by its tasty modern brewing creations, and bring everything together in one common location. But the sense of adventure, discovery and conviviality still remains stronger than ever.

TRACK BREWING CO. -Manchester UK 🇬🇧

SEA OF STARS - DDH DIPA with Nelson Sauvin - 8% - 44cl

Canning date: 01/13/23
Word from the Brewery:
"This DIPA is a journey through Nelson Sauvin, a hop that we believe brings a lot of complexity and fullness to any beer it is present in. The base of this beer is composed of pilsner malt, oats and wheat to provide a sumptuous, creamy body. Nelson was used on both the hot and cold side and it provides a sweet, waxy bitterness with a grassy, resinous fruit character bouncing off gooseberry, white grape, sweet nectarine and honeydew melon. The finish is long, sweet and refreshingly bitter with a burst of lime zest at the very end."

SONOMA - Pale Ale - 3.8% - 44cl

Canning date: 01/13/23
Word from the Brewery:
" Sonoma sums up what we love about Track. A refreshing pale ale, easy to drink and share, that demonstrates our love of hops and our quest for perfection. With a simple malt base and generous hopping of Mosaic, Centennial and Citra, it bursts with resinous notes of sticky tangerine and grapefruit. It ends with a sweet and spicy bitterness, lively and clean. "

EVERYTHING ILLUMINATED - DDH DIPA with Motueka - 8% - 44cl

Canning date: 12.01.23
Word from the brewery:
"Continuing our quest for ultimate sweetness in our DIPAs, we layered malted oats, rolled oats and wheat on top of pilsner malt. This base provides an incredible softness to the body that blends with the character of the Motueka and enhances it. An aroma of prickly pear and a base note of pineapple and lemongrass lead to watermelon and banana. The sweetness of the alcohol mixes and lingers with a zest of lime and a sweet bitterness of basil on the finish."

DREAMING OF ... DDH ELLA IPA - DDH IPA with ELLA - 7% - 44cl

Canning date: 02.01.23
Word from the brewery:
" We wouldn't blame you for not knowing much about Ella. To be completely honest, we think it's criminally underutilized, but also quite difficult to obtain. However, being Galaxy's half-sister, we know that whenever we are able to use it, we are onto something special! We don't put just any hops in our unique hop series from DDH, Dreaming Of. We use hops that we really love, and that we want to celebrate and highlight - so take a seat and say hello to Dreaming Of. .. DDH Ella IPA. A very hazy and smooth DDH IPA, with big notes of pineapple, passion fruit and citrus zest, with an underlying bitterness that is balanced by a juicy hop character."

NO SLEEP, NO DREAM - Pale Ale with Citra, Sabro & Strata - 5.6% - 44cl

Canning date: 12/22/22
Word from the brewery:
" This beer begins life with our classic Track Pale Ale base of pilsner malt, oats and wheat - then hopped generously with Citra, Sabro and Strata. It's no surprise that we love hops here at Track, but we're constantly in awe of what they can bring to a beer - this time it's Sabro in particular, which although it doesn't It doesn't have the biggest dry hop load, shines and brings its bold and beautiful coconut and lime notes that seem to divide so many of us. This beer stands out for all the right reasons!”

FROM ABOVE - DDH Pale gluten free with Mosaic & Nelson 4.1% - 44cl

Canning date: 12/20/22
Word from the brewery:
" What do we have here? A beautiful Pale Ale, dazzling like the sun on a sparkling lake? A lively zest that fills your nostrils with lemon and white grape. We agree. But look deeper...what's missing...can you see what's not in it...GLUTEN. That's right, it's our very first gluten-free beer and guess what. It tastes like a delicious hazy Pale Ale.”

NELSON STREET - DDH Table Beer with Nelson Sauvin - 3% - 44cl

Canning date: 04.01.23
Word from the brewery:
" We first brewed this beer as part of three beers we had the pleasure of brewing for International Women's Day, and we loved it so much here at Track, we had to bring it back. It has been brewed at a high temperature to preserve its body and is loaded with extra pale malt, light Munich, flaked wheat, malted oats and a touch of cara gold, which enhances the mouthfeel and the sweetness of this beer. Generously dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, you'll find heaps of lemon and orange, gooseberry and white wine zest as well as notes of mango, white pepper and floral delicacy."
