Word of Cantillon : "A blend of Lambic and haskap berries (edible blue honeysuckle berries). For the past two years, we have been producing a small-batch blend of Lambic and haskap berries, a small fruit with a slightly sweet taste and lovely acidic notes. Since the fruit of the blue honeysuckle produces a blood-red beer, the new name for this beer was a natural choice: Sang Bleu (Blue Blood). Our friend Ammo has, once again, spoiled us with a superb label for this new product."
