We've been able to use Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Eclipse and Triumph hops .Then we came across Strata and that got us excited. Not all hops are the same, it took us two years to find the right supplier and when we finally found it we were only able to introduce it in our X7 series. Welcome to Strata X7hops."
