Morphea is our “flagship” IPA from the brewery. Eager to brew and explore this style in all its corners, we had to decide what our basic recipe would be for our first IPA. For this, a good malted base including barley, wheat and oats, and enhanced by our favorite hops: Citra & Vic Secret. Expect tropical fruit aromas, body and just the right amount of creaminess for a modern IPA with well-balanced bitterness.
