Word from the brewer: "Proteus is our first beer to have seen the light of day in our new brewery. It is a Session IPA hopped with the essential Citra & Mosaic. This beer represents what we prefer, namely a full fruity beer of flavors, with body and a beautiful golden color and a moderate alcohol level. Its drinkability makes it an aperitif beer as well as an evening beer, with all the pleasure of an IPA which remains light and digestible."
