Word from the brewers: "This barley wine is the fruit of a long friendship between Hoppy People in Sierre and De Struise Brouwers in Belgium. It aged for 28 months in Provins barrels placed inside the galleries of the dam of the Grande Dixence - the largest dam in Europe, and the one with the highest gravity. This special edition benefited from two successive agings (28 then 14 months) in two series of wine barrels for a total of 42 months!"
