Word from the brewer: "Rich, round, this Imperial “pastry” Stout style beer contains a lot of residual sugar. This density is obtained by double mashing. You can't get much darker and sweeter than that. We then added a vanilla tincture that we produced with Tahitian vanilla freshly landed from French Polynesia. A real treat as a dessert or to top off a beautiful day. Be careful, this beer is dangerously drinkable and treacherously pleasant."
