Word of Northern Monk : "Our first collaboration with the most promising brewery in the Northeast, Alpha Delta. Brewed as a sort of hybrid between West Coast and New England IPA styles, we kept the soft water and rounded grind with oats, but we hopped generously in the whirlpool with the characteristic resinous pine of Simcoe. We continued in this direction through to dry hopping, adding juicy tropical notes in the form of Mosaic and Citra."
