Our interpretation of this juicy hop makes the most of its exceptional characteristics to brew a bold yet balanced IPA. A simple base of British pale malt is colored by small kettle additions of our British and American hop blend for a sweet, fruity bitterness. At dry hopping time, we take it to the next level with 16 kg of Citra spread across three additions, layering them throughout the beer for the ultimate juicy, resinous taste experience and a tropical fruit aroma that draws your sense of smell across the room.
