Word of TILQUIN : "ROUSSANNE TILQUIN A L'ANCIENNE (8.0%) from a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics in which 260 gr of Roussanne grapes per liter of lambic were fermented. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it is refermented in bottle. The Roussanne grapes were obtained from a producer in the Rhône valley in Drôme.
