Word of NUMBERRY : "A big, stupid 50/50 with Citra in a DIPA to take with us for Christmas dinner. We opted for BBC Citra on this DIPA to get a more 'oily' bottom end to complement the juice of passion fruit and pineapple from Strata. We assaulted this fermenter with two additions of both varieties and built this DIPA to 24g/L. It's impossible to see through the fog of a hop soup . It's absolutely fantastic."
