BEAK - England

"Beak was born from a nomadic project led by food and drink writer Daniel Tapper, who spent several years refining his recipes with friends at some of the UK's biggest breweries, including North Brew Co , Burning Sky and Northern Monk. The project has since put down roots in the East Sussex town of Lewes, where it also runs an award-winning draft hall and street food canteen. Although it is Best known for its hop-based IPAs, the brewery has established a small but growing mixed fermentation project that highlights seasonal ingredients sourced from the nearby South Downs National Park.

VERDANT - England

Independent Forever: Adam and James were home brewers who loved hop-based beers. They weren't easy to find locally, so in 2014 they launched Verdant to make their own beers. Rich joined them in 2016. With a little help from other craft brewers and friends, hazy, juicy, hoppy, unfiltered Pales, IPAs, and DIPAs were born, and the brewery thrived with to like-minded drinkers from all over the world. Verdant's independence allows it to remain ethical and sustainable and continue to push the boundaries of taste and quality.
